Règlement

Toute personne s’inscrivant gratuitement au concours "Gagnez une carte-cadeau NVO" en remplissant le formulaire devient automatiquement inscrite au concours. Chaque inscription équivaut à 1 entrée au tirage. 

Afin d’obtenir encore plus de coupons de tirage, les participants ont la possibilité de partager le lien du concours. Ils obtiendront une chance additionnelle de remporter l’un des deux prix pour chaque partage sur Instagram ou sur Facebook. 

L’objectif de nos concours est de faire gagner un participant réel. Les participations quotidiennes sont limitées à celles énoncées plus haut. Toute tentative de fraude (robot et autres) ou toute tentative de participation massive ou contraire à nos règlements sera punie par le retrait des entrées du tirage en question et nous nous réservons le droit de bloquer l’adresse IP du participant en faute. 

Concours réservé aux résidents du Canada de 18 ans et plus seulement, aucun achat requis. 

Les inscriptions doivent se faire par le site internet www.nvosport.ca avant le 15 décembre 2022 à 12:00 pm HAE. 

Un tirage au sort sera effectué au siège social de Raymond Lanctôt ltée à Saint-Laurent le 19 décembre 2022 parmi toutes les entrées au concours. 

Une personne remportera une carte-cadeau d’un montant de 250$ valable sur www.nvosport.ca.  

La valeur du prix est de 250$ et n’est pas monnayable ni échangeable. 

Le prix sera acheminé au gagnant par courriel le jour du tirage le 19 décembre 2022. La carte-cadeau est valable en ligne seulement. 

Un gagnant au total pour une valeur totale du concours de 250 $. 

Les employés de Raymond Lanctôt ltée et les employés des entreprises sous-traitantes collaborant au site www.nvosport.ca ainsi que les personnes avec qui ils sont domiciliés ne peuvent participer au concours. 

Un différend quant à l'organisation ou à la conduite d'un concours publicitaire peut être soumis à la Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux afin qu'il soit tranché. Un différend quant à l'attribution d'un prix peut être soumis à la Régie uniquement aux fins d'une intervention pour tenter de le régler.

Rules 

 

Anyone who registers for free to the " Win a Gift Card from NVO" Contest by filling out the form automatically becomes a contest entrant. Each registration is equivalent to 1 entry in the draw. 

To get more chances to win, participants have the possibility to share the contest link. They will get additional chances to win the price for each share on Instagram or Facebook. 

The goal of our contest is to have a real participant win. Daily entries are limited to those stated above. Any attempt at fraud (bot and otherwise) or any attempt at mass participation or contrary to our rules will be punished by removal of entries from the draw in question and we reserve the right to block the offending entrant's IP address. 

Contest open to residents of Canada 18 years of age and older only, no purchase necessary. 

Entries must be made through the website www.nvosport.ca before December 15th, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. EDT. 

A random draw will be held at the Raymond Lanctôt Ltd. head office in Saint-Laurent on December 19th, 2022 from all contest entries. 

One people will win a $250 gift card valid on www.nvosport.ca. 

The value of the prize is $250 and cannot be exchanged for cash. 

The prize will be sent to the winner by email on the day of the draw on December 19th, 2022. The gift card is valid online only. 

One (1) winners in total for a total contest value of $250. 

Employees of Raymond Lanctôt Ltd. and employees of subcontracting companies working on the www.nvosport.ca site, as well as the persons with whom they reside, are not eligible to participate in the contest. 

Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
